Vast Professionals (“VAST”, “we”, “us”) operates vastprofessionals.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. • Client inquiries: your name, email address, company name, the service you are interested in, and any message you include.
• Job applications: your name, email address, phone number, LinkedIn profile, the role you are applying for, your skills, experience level, availability, work history, tools you use, cover letter, expected rate (if provided), how you heard about us, and your uploaded resume file.
• Email and phone contact: any information you choose to share when you contact us at hello@vastprofessionals.com or by phone.

We do not use advertising trackers on this site. Basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) may be processed by our hosting and infrastructure providers to deliver and secure the site.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule consultations.
• To evaluate job applications and match candidates to client placements.

We do not sell your personal information.

Where your information is stored

Form submissions are stored securely with our infrastructure providers, including Supabase (database) and Vercel (hosting). These providers may process data on servers located outside the Philippines. We keep submissions only as long as needed for the purposes above.

Sharing

We share candidate information with prospective clients only as part of the placement process, and client inquiry details with our internal team. We may also share information where required by law.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or object to its processing. To exercise these rights, email hello@vastprofessionals.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
